Century Properties Group Inc. (CPG) is allocating around ₱1.4 billion for the second phase of its Azure North development in San Fernando, Pampanga. This phase includes the construction of Mykonos Tower, a mid-rise residential building, as well as the Azure North Waterpark and Playpark. Mykonos Tower alone accounts for ₱1.2 billion of the investment, with expected total sales reaching ₱2.7 billion. Meanwhile, the waterpark and playpark have been allotted ₱215 million.
Situated near the North Luzon Expressway (NLEX) San Fernando exit, Azure North provides easy access to Metro Manila and other major urban areas.
